AYLC 2016 Participants Announced

After very thorough deliberations, we are pleased to announce the 81 participants of the 18th Ayala Young Leaders Congress (AYLC 2016).

These 81 outstanding student leaders were selected from 680 applicants from top universities and colleges nationwide. After two screening processes, these applicants were shortlisted to 157 who underwent the final phase of the selection, the interviews that were conducted by the executives of Ayala Group of Companies.

As participants of AYLC 2016, the 81 will participate in a four-day leadership summit from February 9 - 12, 2016 and benefit from plenary talks and panel discussions, outdoor challenge activities, and workshop group discussions. During the congress, they will interact with well-known and highly respected leaders from government, civil society, business, media and the arts.

The Ayala Young Leaders Congress is a concrete expression of the Ayala Group’s commitment to national development. It is the keystone of “Shaping Tomorrow’s Leaders,” the youth leadership development program launched in 1998 by the Ayala group of companies as a strategic investment in the youth, and ultimately, in the future of the country.

Ayala’s dream is to nurture a community and form a network of values-based and principled Filipino leaders committed passionately to nation building and to uplifting the lives of their fellow Filipinos.
